I buy the tiny Gerber bowls that are just like cute Tupperware containers (found in the baby section at the grocery store). They come in fun colors and have nice clear plastic lids. I use these to pack my lunches in, and it helps me to keep my portions down!! I actually can fit a small portion of rice, meat, veggie, cottage cheese and yogurt all in one container!
