Thirsty? Tired of water? Cheap alternative!

I drink my eight glasses of water a day, but sometimes I need FLAVOR. I am on a budget and can't afford to keep buying gatorade/diet drinks just for me.

Instead I use Kool-Aid and only put in 1/2 cup of sugar. The grape and the orange taste just like gatorade. With 1/2 cup of sugar, an 8 oz serving is 30 calories! The taste is a refreshing change from plain water and it's inexpensive!
