Hmmm i love sodas and even juices, but of course those things are not so good for me. So as i cut down on them and up my water intake, i experiment with adding different items to my water.
Limes are cheaper than Lemons so i'm getting into squeezing part of one in my water.. Then started putting some Ginger in. Yummmy Lime and Ginger. Slice some off a hand and then score the slice a bit to get the flavor going.
Sooo what do you add to your water to keep you on the h2o?
