Eat naturally and be aware of food sensitivities!!

I went to a nutritionist once and she told me to try to stay away from anything processed, and that includes "bars"
if at all possible. Reason being that our body just doesn't
really know how to process certain chemicals. Also, many
of us have food sensitivites .i.e. gluten, lactose intolerant,
wheat, etc. Listen to your body!!!
