Frozen Fruit as Healthy, Low-Cal, Sweet Solution

My favorite frozen fruits are blueberries and raspberries. Measure out a cup and eat with a spoon. It's delicious, sweet, healthy, low in cals, and a great evening (or anytime) snack!
