After reading a new diet book which I find always motivates me, I took away a new goal. Watch out for those sugars. They are your enemy. And they are sneaky. They like to hide in familiar and unfamiliar places. You'll find them hiding in such things as ketchup and unsweetened cereal. Read labels and try for no more than 5g per serving. Good luck.
