Weekly menus

I make weekly menus for my family and for myself. I try to cook healthy meals for the entire family but I may include some ingredients that affect my weight loss plan but ok in moderation for the kids. For example, corn bread would be one item I bake for my kids but I won't touch it. Hope this helps!!
