Don't buy canned, boxed, or plastic bagged "FAST" foods. Buy fresh, wholesome items and then go home and create what is in those processed packages! Like potato chips or pizza, or granola bars. There are so many healthy ways to make these in the kitchen that taste so much better and have much less salt, sugar and fats in them. Get Creative!!! You can have your CAKE and eat it too!!!
