Don't let yourself go hungry. Deprivation leads to the binge and usually on the wrong foods. Train your eating the way you train for anything else. Babies eat on a schedule and so should grown folk! Pretty soon you'll recognize physical hunger and when you're hungry even an apple tastes good (if you don't prefer apples LOL)
