My weight loss has stalled, and I believe that one of the ways to get it moving again is to be more careful with my portion control. I eat healthy foods, but probably portions, especially chicken and fish, are larger than recommended. I've moved the food scale to the front of my counter and put a measuring cup and set of measuring spoons next to it.
