Slice up an apple and mix a few ounces of fat free Greek yogurt with a 1/2 to 1 tsp of peanut, almond, soy or sunflower butter. Add a few drops of honey if you like. I also add a teaspoon of ground flax seed. You have your carbs, some protein and fiber plus it is a little sweet.
