Seconds Please!

So, you're throwing or attending a dinner party and you know that you might be tempted to return for a second helping. You can do it without breaking your calorie budget! If you are cooking, track your meal before the party so you know how much will fit in your calorie allowance. At the party, eat half of your servings on the first course and come back for the rest later. If you are going to a dinner party and not cooking, call and see if you can find out what's on the menu ahead of time.
