Due to my schedule I have to eat dinner in my car. Being able to plan my daily menu and account for this using SparkPeople has helped me to make better choices. Now a typical dinner may be 2 boiled eggs, a cheese stick, carrots, and a banana. All are easy to eat in the car, cheap, and healthy. I also throw protein powder in my homemade chai tea in the morning for breakfast. Who knew this could be so cheap and easy!
