I MAKE SURE I ONLY LEAVE ONE VEGGIE I HAVE TO EAT FOR DINNER THAT WAY I ALWAYS GET MY FRUITS & VEGGIES AND IF I WANT A SNACK LATER AND HAVE A PIECE OF FRUIT ITS ONE EXTRA.
