place flowerets on baking pan spray with olive oil or toss with it , sprinkle with small amount of coarse sea salt and bake of 350 till brown. Turn once. I have had cauliflower haters turn to lovers when this vegetable is roasted. P.S.
I use leftovers in my scrambled egg, although there are rarely leftovers.
