Eating Out - Advanced Planning

When we plan to have dinner at a restaurant, I get a copy of the menu, select the dish I will order, and include it in my meal planning. In that way I can comfortably order and eat a meal with my family without the guilt or fear that I'm ruining my day. Many menus are available online, and it's worth it to take the time to decide the dish you would want and how it would play into your day's nutrition plan.
