I use about 1/4 cup store brand fruit & nut granolacereal, & stir in nonfat light vanilla yougrt (the real secret is I started buying the big container instead of the small individual containers, it's more economical AND better proportion controlled), then add fresh fruit, right now I'm on a blueberry kick, it's ohhhh so much better than ice cream before bed, & such sweet dreams!!!!
