For me healthy eating is mostly about portion control, increasing my veggies and fruits, and decreasing my carb and fat intake. But how to do? I plate my veggies and fruits first, I know that my veggies and fruit should take up more than half of my plate so I make sure they do, then I can plate a smaller portion of protein and carbs.
