I packed away all my dinner plates, large bowls, super-sized mugs and other extra large dinnerware. Instead, I kept my salad plates, small bowls and regular sized mugs out. That way, when I fill a plate, I'm filling it with much less food. And, my smaller portions look larger on the smaller plate.
