Every day before leaving the house, I pack a planned lunch that includes a "feed bag" of good stuff. I take a plastic bag and fill it with carrots, grapes, celery, green beans, grape tomatoes, radishes, or whatever I have on hand to "feed" on throughout the day.....It's good and healthy too!
