When not to Eat

NEVER eat when you're starving and feel like you can eat an entire cow! If you're feeling really hungry and decide to eat a meal, you'll most likely end up eating everything in your refrigerator. Instead, have 2-3 servings of fruits and veggies and drink some water. Go relax for a few minutes and then when that ravenous feeling goes away, have a meal.
