Find Your Pause Button

When finishing a meal, I am tempted to keep eating, even though I know I ate a full meal. I've realized that if I hit a "pause" button that works for me, I can stop myself.

Here are two of my pause buttons:

* Eat a Dill pickle spear (0 calories) and then a piece of Trident layered gum. Your mouth bursts with flavor that you won't want to replace with other food quickly.

* Set a timer for 10 minutes and commit to myself that, for at least the next 10 minutes, I will not ...
