Eat foods with lots of fiber.

I load my diet with lots of fresh and frozen fruits/vegetables. I do not eat bread. Any grains are minimally processed, like wild rice or barley. Keeps me feeling satisfied; which is great. Nobody likes to feel hungry! 30
