Breakfast is KING!

I make sure that 1) I eat within 30 minutes of waking up in the morning and 2) Breakfast is about 30% of my total daily calories!

By doing this I jump start my metabolism, feel fuller longer, and don't crash by lunch time. By making these choices I feel I don't pig-out and binge later on in the day too!
