Eat a Good Breakfast

I don't skimp on what I have for breakfast. I eat my fill. Of course, I monitor what I am eating and cut calories where I can. I minimize high fat items and increase grains, fruits and veggies. I find I am hungrier come lunch, but eat less and crave more healthy choices than when I skip breakfast.
