Staying in Control at Buffets

This is my tip to prevent wrecking all your hard work in one fatal swoop, 4 steps to stay on-target:
1) First have a big plate of lettuce and other veggies--no dressing on this first plate (or seeds, bacon bits, eggs...). Nothing but raw veggies.
2) Next have a plate of cooked veggies. Aim for half cup servings of 3 or 4 veggies--carrots, green beans, cabbage, etc.
