Almost no Cal/Carb sub for Rice, Potatoes or Bun

When family is having Pulled Pork Sandwiches or other dinner entrees over rice, I pour whatever we're having over Whipped Cauliflower: take 1 Head steamed cauliflower, whipped with 2 Tbl non-fat milk & 2 Tbl fat free cream cheese- makes 4 servings with 24 Cals, 0 fat, 3.7 carbs and 2.5 g protein per serving.
