STIR FRY

Use a wok to cook your foods. Make a huge stir-fry. Use only a teaspoon of olive oil. Use only 3ounces meat.
Lots of vegetables: My favorites: bok-choy, broccoli, snap-peas, beans, asparagus, mushrooms, baby-corn, tomatoes, onions, celery (ALL OF THEM). Use a store brought stir fry sauces (half the serving amount).
Divide into 5-6 freezable bowls. Add one cup of cooked brown rice.
Freeze the other portions for work lunches.
