Pure banana ice cream with nothing addid.

Peel a ripe banana and immediately wrap it tightly in cling film. Place in the freezer compartment until completely frozen. Remove about 15 - 20 mins before using and leave to defrost a little. Place banana in a food processor and hey presto in seconds - pure banana ice cream. Enjoy with fruit, nuts, meringue, sauce, or anything that you wish to serve it with.
