It seems like a lot of condiments have serving sizes of two tablespoons--salsa, peanut butter, sour cream, etc. I was making an egg burrito a while ago and put sour cream and salsa in it. I didn't realize until afterward, but I had accidentally measured with the 1/2 tablespoon, so I was actually only eating 1 tablespoon total of each. Since then, I always do this, and I almost always have enough of the condiment. It helps me save on fat and calories, but still get the flavor. Try it out!
