Try blending 1/3 cup of nonfat yogurt with 2/3 cup of frozen blueberries and ice.
Planning my food
I try to plan what I'm going to eat for the day in the morning, to minimize surprises. If there are changes in meal plans, I can usually adapt and stay within my calorie range.

Comfort Food
Awhile back I read a "Secret" where someone used oatmeal for her comfort food. I really liked that. So the past 2 weeks I've been doing that, when I wanted a comfort food having oatmeal with some cinnamon and raisins in it. or a little butter, which i don't usually add. It does work, and it has solved a big problem for me. I'm going to try some with peanut butter, like she suggested.

Peppermint Tea
I read in a magazine that Peppermint tea can help with satiety and curbing your appetite. I bought a box and really enjoyed the flavor and found that if I drink it in the evening instead of snacking I am satisfied without wasting calories and its caffeine free!

Eating out/pre bag leftovers
My favorite eating out tip is to split entrees with a friend. If you want different entrees split the entree and have it put in a doggie bag first. That way you do not have the temptation to eat more than you want.
